I have enjoyed hosting international students for the last 15 years. Now my youngest child is all grown up I prefer to host independent folks who can prepare their own meals and do their own laundry. I have 3 private bedrooms available to rent. Free wifi, electricity, water and street parking. Shared amenities include: 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor picnic table in fully fenced yard. The #22 bus stops right in front of my house, but my house is also easy walking distance to: Downtown, Camosun College, Malls, Schools, Rec Centers, and the Jubilee Hospital.
