One furnished bedroom for rent in a family (two parents & two teenagers) and dog friendly home. You must be comfortable around dogs as we have 2, very friendly golden retrievers. Looking for one person (preferably a student) starting October 1st, 2025 wanting to stay for at least for a month. This home is located in a lovely area of the Scarborough Bluffs (McCowan & Kingston Road). It is close to the TTC, lake Ontario and has a plaza at the top of the street. Centennial college and U of T Scarborough campus are both close by. You will have your own bedroom (on the main floor) with a double bed, desk & dresser, washroom, access to the kitchen and laundry room. All utilities and WIFI are included. We have had several students living with us from all over the world and have had wonderful experiences. We all speak English, a bit of French and some German.

Treat our house as if it were yours and keep your room/washroom clean. No guests, unless agreed upon with us. You will be responsible for making your own meals and doing your own laundry. No smoking or vaping in the home.
