House has 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bath. 2 car garage. Nice yard with beautiful flowers. basement entertainment room, 1 member family “female” 59 yrs old. I am semi retired. I have one small 7lb pet. I have children, who do not live at home. Hope to welcome preferably female as I am the only female in the home. I would be more comfortable to welcome a female into my home.
