I am a single Mom with two teenage children that are with me 40% of the week. Looking for a very quiet and clean individual who is comfortable with sometimes being around a dog (can share more details if you're interested). Internet is provided, washroom and kitchen is shared. The building has laundry room. First and last required, short-term preferred, character reference required.

No additional guest allowed. No other pets, I sometimes have my chocolate lab come but he doesn't play well with other dogs. Must keep kitchen and bathroom clean after each use. Balcony may be used for smoking - no marijuana smoking. Payment is to be made 1st of every month via cash OR e-transfer. To cancel rental must provide a minimum 30days notice.
