I am living in a 1500 square foot home and it has 2 bathrooms , washer and dryer I am looking for short term rental tenant or someone who is traveling to the area for work ( example: traveling nurse, professionals and even someone finishing their degree) The location is centrally located in a safe and easy place for people who are interested in exploring the area. I have 2 dogs so I do prefer dog friendly person.

I am looking for someone who is clean and neat. Responsible for cleaning the bathroom when staying for a while or when needed There is a washer and dryer that is available but I would not supply the detergent or dryer sheets if you need it I will provide toilet paper for short term stay and cleaning supplies for the bathroom Towels and sheets will be provided as well
