We are a retired couple. Our house is in Lane Cove and has 5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. Our son lives with us. The room to rent is fully furnished. Busses at the doorstep which go to the city. The shopping village is 5 mins by bust or 25 mins to walk.

No parties, keep the room and common areas clean, switch off lights when not in use, lock the front door when when leaving and returning. Keep the kitchen clean. Laundry to be used only on weekends, no overnight visitors and visitors to be kept to the minimum.
