The room is fully furnished with a Queen sized bed, bedside table, dresser and chest of drawers. I have a fully fenced back yard for your travelling companion. The room also has a small walk in closet. You will have access to the kitchen, dining room, family room and laundry room. There will be space in the fridge/freezer for your food as well as cupboard space for other items you have. Parking is street parking directly outside the house in a quiet street. I'm situated about a mile from I-410 at exit 3A, which is Ray Ellison. So check where I am located to see where you'll be traveling to. This is for short term (Up to 3 months) for those special traveling nurses. I am the owner and the only person living in the house.

Small pets allowed. Please clean up after pet has been outside. Guests are allowed, but notice must be given. A front door key will be issued. A small deposit for yourself and your per will be required upon moving in. This will be refunded if no problems on completion of your tenancy. Payment must be made on day of arrival and will be paid monthly (depending on your term) the same day each following month. There is very little in the way of "Don'ts" so we can openly discuss what suits both of us.
