Quiet, garden-facing room in 3 BR home shared with designer, sweet dog and cat, and occasional kids.

Vaping is ok. Guests ok when we're not home. Paypal, Venmo, bank transfer or cash OK. Must love pets and be OK with stairs, as we are on a steep hill. Relaxing zen vibe and huge garden with vegetables and fruit trees. Host is an avid chef, kids are well-behaved and quiet and away at school or at their dad's house most of the time. All common spaces shared - dining room, living room, kitchen, TV, and yoga area.
