My home is a free standing 1 story house. The bedroom that I am listing has private bathroom w/shower. Very good public transportation. Convenient for students attending Jackson Memorial Hospital & UM. Walking distance to stores & grocery shops.

No drugs, guests must be approved, maintain clean room/ bath. All kitchenware must be washed, dried & restored to original place. No dishes or food particles left. Front and back doors must be locked at all times. Consideration towards others is required. Must inform if staying out late. Clothes dryer not to be used after 4:00.
