I live in a quiet residential neighborhood several parks and a nice shopping center. I offer 1 bedroom to international students and interns who will be staying for at least 30 days. The atmosphere is very friendly and the rule is "English-only" so everyone has a chance to improve their spoken English. I provide food for a self-serve breakfast as well as basic cooking supplies. Guests may use the kitchen for light cooking provided they clean up after themselves. Your room will be cleaned and fully supplied with bedding and towels before your arrival.
