I have a newly built granny flat consisting of two bedrooms shower, toilet and kitchen. Can host 4 people. Completely separate And private. With double bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Fridge and microwave in the kitchen
If anyone smoke they need to smoke outside. Bedroom needs to be kept tidy. After shower towel wash rag and underwear to be hanged on the line outside of house. Gas stove can be used if student needs. Washing machine available for doing laundry at an additional cost. Homestay can provide dinner at an additional cost if the need arises. If dinner is required I do cater for halal dishes.Use water sparingly due to water restrictions. Do not fill bath. Only use shower
