Newly beautifully fully renovated apartment 3km from Maroubra beach and Coogee Beach, close to scenery walks and parks, public transports and shops. The apartment is 1 of only 4 and we have a big garden at the back. Bus to the city and Bondi Junction is right outside the apartment and the new light rail is about 1km away. You will be staying in a spacious, bright bedroom with a brand new queen size bed. Top quality mattress, luxury pillows and linen. You'll be living with myself, a single mum, and the sweetest little 5yo boy who's in daycare 4 days a week, 3 night/week with his dad and out pretty much all weekend. We are also in bed by 8.30pm - both myself and my son so you will have the place to yourself after that time. However, I am happy to show you around and spend time together if you'd like. I am originally from Italy so I speak both Italian and English.
Strictly no party/not taking additional people home. No drinking or smoking. No loud music. Be respectful of the place
