The neighborhood is friendly with most folks who are homeowners. We are a nice and easy-going community. I've rented to nurses for a few years and have had only good experiences. No pets are allowed however since they're several cats that live next door who would likely be bothered by another animal. 2BD house with each bedroom on opposite sides and private. Very spacious kitchen and living room with windows overlooking the garden and side porch. Overnight guests only by permission. No smoking, no candles, no pets, please.
