Apartment My apartment is located on the first floor. I can accommodate, males, females and students. I live in a spectacular two bedrooms, two bathrooms’ apartment. All rooms have natural lighting and hardwood floors and a small refrigerator and individual air conditioning units. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom ensuite (within the room). The second bedroom has a shared bathroom in the hallway and a full kitchen. No smoking and no pets in the apartment. If you arrive together with the second guest the rate is $50 per week. additional person in the room will be $50 per day, per additional guest, after the first day. Your Host Sarahya
I have a home base business where I teach five preschoolers daily from 9:30 to 4:30 pm. My business will not impact your stay because the location of the rooms is conveniently located away from my home business. My guests will have full access to the kitchen if they want to prepare meals for themselves. During the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm one bathroom will be shared to service the children needs. Any questions or concerns you may have during your stay, please bring to my attention, and I will do my best to resolve it. Thanks in advance. You are always welcome to stay at my home. Check in is at 4:30pm unless you make prior arrangements with host.
