Our home is very comfortable and a great place to reside, near all University's and on a major bus route! Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Many "creature comforts" such as Wi-Fi, cable television,laundry etc. Town is only 10 minutes away and the Big mall is very close! Conviently located off I-95 . Our family has hosted many high shool students in the past and we are used to having students live with us.. We are a family of 3 adults and 1 small friendly dogs! We are flexable and do allow smokers but it's confined to smoking outdoor's only! 1 overnight guest of the renter is allowed with prior knowledge of their visiting. We do not enforce any curfew's but do ask that you keep us aware of the time of arrival if after normal hours!
