We have been hosting foreign students from China, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Iraq, Saudi, Oman, Kuwait, Australia, Chile, Libya, Africa, Germany, Indonesia, UAE, Brazil, India & Mexico. Our home is located less than 1 mile West of ASU main campus. Smoke, alcohol and drug free home. No meals included. Airport pick up is available upon request with additional fee. Move out cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the last payment.

One month notice prior to moving out (guests must complete 1 month payment after notifying the host). Replace major damages. Move out cleaning fee of $50 will be added to the last payment.
