Dear Guests, We would like to welcome a professional or a student to share our lovely home. Please note, that application for a stay can be accepted from the guests (20 years up), with the profile photo . Couples can stay for up to 4 weeks only . Please note the cost for the room is based on one person stay. Couples stay cost is to discuss with the host. There is a family of four living in the house. We also a cockapoo dog Millie . The house is conveniently located within 2 min to the bus stop , only 20 min away from the city. The Airport is 10 minutes away by car. There’s a big variety of shops nearby, gym, Hot Yoga studio, cafes and a large Father Collins Park. Portmarnock and Malahide tourists sea side villages are only 10 min away. Dear guests, due to businesses we can not provide any meals at any cost, please consider your own cooking in this matter. Hope you will have lovely time staying with us.
Smoking and vaping are strongly prohibited. If the shoes could be taken off before going upstairs. To keep the room clean and tidy. Can not be used for working from home. Please make sure all the lights are off before leaving the room. Due to climate conditions we would require to air the room on daily basis. The washing machine and the dryer would be available to use twice a week (no detergent included). No clothes drying inside the room. Kitchen facilities would be available for a light cooking only, after all the family meals are finished. Check in time after 14:00, check out before 12:00. Guests are not allowed to use our home address to open bank accounts.

This is the biggest and the brightest room in the house with its own bathroom . It has a very comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and bedside cabinets with drawers. The fridge is recently added to the room for the guests convenience .
