1/ IMPORTANT: We give you 02 keys for the Gate and Room door. If the Gate IS BEING LOCKED, please LOCK IT AGAIN after going in/out. (The passcode to unlock the Reception door will be provided after check-in). 2/ Treat this apartment as your own home and keep it clean. Kindly TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES before entering the Room (Indoor slippers are provided). 3/ Durians or any strong-smelling food are NOT ALLOWED in the refrigerator. 4/ Please DO NOT THROW sanitary napkins, condoms or any trash into the toilet bowl to avoid clogging. 5/ Strictly NO FUNKY BALL and NO SMOKING inside the Room, however you can smoke at the balcony (with the door closed), on the rooftop or outside the house. Smoking odor in the Room will result in a FINE of 1 MILLION VND (approx. ~ 45 USD | 50.000 KRW | 300 CNY). 6/ Guests are responsible for taking care of furniture, appliances, and other amenities. Any damage or loss will be charged accordingly. 7/ Lost of KEYS is subject to a penalty of 200.000 VND. 8/ Please consider loving the EARTH and conserve energy, by TURNING OFF Air-conditioner and other electrical devices when you are away. DO NOT REPLACE another card into card holder when you go out. 9/ Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM No VISITORS are allowed in the Room after 11:00 PM.
