Our home is a happy cozy home located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood in Fleetwood, Surrey, BC. It's walking distance to a community center with swimming pool facilities, parks, bus stops, groceries, restaurants, and banks. A 12 minute bus ride to Simon Fraser University, Surrey Campus. Free parking is available on our driveway and on the street. We have a big backyard with fruit bearing trees (apple, cherry, and pear). My wife and I lives in our home but our children and granddaughter visit us occasionally. My wife and I are both in our 60's but are still young at heart. We look forward to our guests enjoy their homestay in our home.

1. Payment in cash upon arrival for the length of the stay. 2. Laundry once a week on weekends 3. Must notify host if staying out past 10:00 pm. 4. Keep bedroom, washrooms, kitchen and common areas reasonably tidy. 5. Personal toiletries are not provided. 6. No smoking, drug use or alcohol allowed. 7. No pets allowed. 8. Other house rules as maybe needed later.
