We are only in the house to give guidance and support and take care of cleaning. The 5 rooms are always available for guests. We adjust prices if 3 or more rooms are reserved by families or friends. The house has a kitchen, breakfast room and its own bar, where you can prepare your food and organize activities according to the rules of the house. (to rent it complete).
The payment is made upon arrival of the client immediately after receiving his room. Guests should not smoke in the rooms, but in designated areas inside the house for smokers. They are allowed to receive visitors but preferably in the common areas and prior identification for their safety. Customers will always have the possibility to talk with the owner.
