No pets, extra guests, parties, photography, or smoking. Quiet hours are between 9p and 9a (this means please stay in your room/bathroom during these hours and out of the common areas.) Check in window is between 3p-6p while checkout is by 11a. Late checkout fee is $50 every 15 minutes up to one hour past. At 1 minute past the first hour, you are billed for the entire day and you still do not get to stay. The police will be called and you will be removed for trespassing. If reserving for a longer stay, please have an alternative place to receive mail. Identity and background must be completed prior to booking. I reserve the right to refuse a stay to any guests who do not agree to properly identify themselves. If any of the house rules are broken during stay, I reserve the right to ask you to leave with no refund due for the remainder of stay and also to reimburse any damaged property. Payment and Cancellation Policy: Payment must be received in advance of stay via Zelle, bank transfer, or alternate forms of wire. Cash upon arrival is not an accepted form of payment. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days prior to check in. No refund if cancellation is made within 7 calendar days prior to check in or no show. Refund will be made via check to the name and address you provide with your confirmed identity.
