My home is in the city center of Barrie yet is in a secluded town home spot. I have two bedrooms available for students. Each has an identical extra long single bed, desk, dresser and closet. There is plenty of lounge space on the main level and finished basement with a walkout patio and balcony. I love travel, dance and music. I speak English only.

Clean up after yourself Keep room tidy and food free No noise after 10 pm No alcohol/marijuana in home or excessive use tolerated. No guests without permission Treat everyone with Respect and honour their privacy. Participate in keeping those areas of the home that you use tidy. Keep your toiletries in your room and bring them to the washroom when needed. Participate in family activities.
