A 19th century farmers house in Tras-os-Montes (northeastern of Portugal), with an old mill in which olives were pressed for hand-made olive oil and wine production (crushing by animal traction). To guarantee the guests modern days comfort without losing the environment of the past, the entire house was worked on, recuperated, creating modern rooms and common spaces.
