My home is located in a quiet family neighborhood in the suburbs. My nephew and I are in the home and my small dog Mia. There are 3 individual rooms available to rent. The three rooms are located on the second floor with a shared bathroom. There's a shared half bath downstairs. The front living room has an area to use as an office space or just to hang out. There's a ping pong table for entertainment. The kitchen has a joined dining area and a living room with a TV.

Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. No smoking inside.Outside smoking is permitted. Clean up after yourself no over night guests. No events or parties. Respect others space, items and area. No pets.
