There is a plaza 1 mile from the location that features a brand new Starbucks - restaurant - gym - juice place - supermarket - home depot, 99 cent store I do live in the property and I always strive to create a home away from home environment for the guest. My main goal is to cohabitate utilizing the golden rule of success. Treat other liken you want to be treated. Home is located in a gated community, super quiet Although this is a shared environment whenever we have a full booked guest house - rarely are 2-3 people seen using the kitchen at the same time. Rent includes private room/private bath - 1 of the rooms has a shared bath and the share use of the kitchen. No smoking- drinking- drugs- party inside the home. We try to maintain a clean environment hence we always remove the shoes outside Very cute backyard where one can spend time meditating/praying and relaxing. I often lay down there and look at the stars. Overnight guests have an extra charge - prefer not to have them.
