We are a Woking professional couple, looking for someone who is working/studying to rent out the room.
House Rules: 1. Clean the kitchen after use, (wash and dry kitchen utensil) 2. Bathrooms and toilets must be left clean after use. 3. Lights off when not in use. 4. Any visitors are allowed with permission 5. No visitors allowed overnight. 6. Car parks on the street (on street parking) 7. No food or drink allowed in the room.
