We live in a warm, cozy apartment Condo unit with 2 bedrooms (1050 sq ft )with terrace. Our place is located in Richmond downtown surrounded by markets, restaurants and accessible to all transportation(5 minutes away to sky train/Canada line,20 minutes away to Vancouver downtown.10 minutes drive from the airport. W e are patient ,caring,self-discipline, clean and most of all a friendly home family. We hope every guests that stay with us will be filled with happy memories as we had our previous guests. our place is very convenience to everything Real Canadian Superstore 12 to 15 mins walk Price smart Supermarket block away Walmart 10 to 12 minutes walk Costco 3 to 4 minutes by drive and 20 mins by walk The biggest T and T asian supermarket 2 blocks away Richmond city centre mall 10 mins walk Landsdowne mall 2 blocks away Parks and Garden 5 t0 10 mins walk., and we are surrounded by restaurants and school like kwantlen colleges which is just a few blocks away from our home.
No smoking , no too much alcohol,.no heavy noise after 11:00 pm .no cooking after 10:00 pm. We accept students , travellers, workers but restricted for ladies only .we are a neat freak people so we are expecting our guests to keep areas clean and tidy as your own home., clean up after kitchen use as well as your own dishes. For kitchen appliances , we allowed guest to use fridge, stovetop, microwave,bread toaster but sorry no baking .washing machine is available for the guest with the schedule dates. No visitors without the host consent ., Check in time after 2 pm or upon request., check out time 11 :00 am or upon request.We are expecting an advance payment upon check in.
