Within walking distance to buses and DART (train). Host has keen interest in baking, gardening and walking. Room contains single bed, fitted wardrobe. Desk and chair available. Occupant will have sole use of main bathroom as host has en suite bedroom herself. No other occupants in house. Complimentary light breakfast will be available.
