I’m an educator, athlete, and yoga instructor who has a spare private bed/bath available for short and long term stays. My apartment is located 20 minutes from downtown and Hollywood and 15 minutes to Santa Monica and the LAX. Public transit (bus and train) walking distance to grocery stores. Electric and water billed bimonthly.
