** Update: IF YOU SMOKE AND MAKE A BOOKING WITH ME YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY EVEN AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL AND NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED ** Hi we are a married couple looking at renting out rooms to international students, visitors on working holiday visas, new migrants who want a temporary place to stay until they find their home to live, or here for business. We don’t rent out rooms to people living in Perth or its surrounds including as far south as Bunbury and far north as Geraldton. I’m originally from Buenos Aires and my husband London. Our house will only suit those that are looking for peace and quiet and who don’t smoke or vape, if you do please don’t make a booking. We don’t play loud music and it is a child-free environment. There is a bus stop 10 minutes away that will take you directly into the Perth CBD or a bus to Warwick Train Station which is 4 stops from Perth Underground Train Station. In the opposite direction is Joondalup train station. We require a video call with the guest before we accept your booking and identification on arrival.
1. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU SMOKE OR VAPE we detest the smell - If you are a smoker or you vape DO NOT BOOK WITH US! 2. No shoes of any description including slippers to be worn inside the house, please leave them on the kitchen tiles as you enter the house. 3. Please leave the property as you found it and always clean up after yourself especially in the kitchen. Please wash, dry and put away after use, no leaving out over-night. 4. Shower before using the pool and do not use suntan lotion if you will be swimming as we don’t want the chemicals being compromised by suntan lotion and the crystal clear water turning into an oil slick. 5. Don’t bring your dirty laundry on your arrival we are not a launderette. When using the washing machine please wash during the day while the solar is being generated and choose either mixed or quick wash cycle. Remove your washing as soon as it’s finished and immediately hang outside. Leave the washing machine door open to prevent bad odours. If staying longer than 3 weeks please wash all your bedding and vacuum your bedroom carpet. No visitors allowed. ***Checkin 3pm onwards. Checkout 11am latest, no exceptions ***
