We’re a considerate friendly household with independent routines with a sometimes busy work and social life. The atmosphere is relaxed, calm and respectful. We expect tenants to be independent, thoughtful of others within the house this includes: Keeping shared spaces tidy. Cleaning up after cooking meals in the kitchen. No loud music during the weekdays and after 10pm. Seek permission to bring guests back to the house or to entertain. You are responsible for your own washing of clothes. You are expected to purchase your own food. To clean bathroom after use. Payment to be made in advance. To let me know if you are staying out over night - make sure you keep the house safe. To ask what household tasks need sharing. To let me know of any significant changes to your stay.
