I personally resides on the property and 24*7 I am available to offer guidance and advice to guests, as well as light breakfast will be provided in the morning to the guests. The light breakfast is included in the prices that I have listed on account. Tea, Coffee, and toast or Fruit will be served in the Breakfast-nothing more.

1. Loud music or noise in the guest rooms is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other guests. 2. There is no elevator. 3. Vegetarian or non vegfood can be prepared at home on prior intimation for a nominal charge. 4. Room service is available. 5. House- keeping service is providef on request. 6. Meals ( Lunch/Dinner - Veg./Non-Veg.) can also be ordered from restaurants as per their actual food menu prices and delivery charges. 7. Homestay is a smoke free property. Smoking is allowed inside the rooms only. 8. Rates are on per room basis, fir 2 people maximum occupancy. 9. Only 1 extra bec is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 500/-. 10. Check in time is after 12:00 pm and check out time-12:00 pm. 11. Items left behind: Regular items left behind require you to contact us for return wuthin India for a flat fee of INR 500.00(Larger items will incur extra charges) 12. Guests are required to provide Passport/Visa details at the time of Check-In and fill up registration form and guest register as required by the Law. 13. Extra bedding for children abive 5yrs of age.
