We are located in one of the Best neighborhood - Kitsilano Beach. We are a family of 3 who has enjoyed hosting students over many years. We are native English speakers, lived in a variety of countries, and are here to make your stay memorable and safe. Homestay fee includes all meals Your room has its own private entrance and attached bathroom with shower- no sharing! Our home is older and charming, we have a nice vegetable garden and like to eat healthy foods.

We provide packed lunch and dinner, breakfast is serve yourself. Please do not keep food in your room No smokers, no parties You can shower when you like, come and go as you please, use laundry 2x week
