HOUSE RULES, MANDATES, EXCLUSIONS As per the rules and laws of Local Government Authority and Police, government issued ID proof in original for Indian citizens and passport for foreigners must be produced on check-in time. Parties and events are allowed with prior consent and full details, but "Quiet Time after 10 PM" and liquor is not allowed. No third party is entertained. Certain amenities and facilities like kitchenette facility, Air condition, DTH, Breakfast etc is chargeable. Please confirm it before reservation. Exclusions- hot water/geyser CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT IS FLEXIBLE............!!!!! Check-in after 4 PM should be informed in advance. Late night Check-in MUST be informed in advance and allowed only with proper ID card. ADVANCE AND PAYMENT METHOD: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 15 days’ notice for any cancellation.
