I am a single 68-year-old female living in a small unit on my own. The bedroom has a single bed, a writing desk, and two sets of draws with a wardrobe. The lounge and kitchen are modern and open plan. I have an outdoor garden area with garden furniture. I only speak English. I have a small dog (5kg) and a cat the same size. I live a 10-minute walk from Howick Village and a 30-minute bus ride to the city. We are a 5-minute walk to Howick Beach. ONLY ACCEPT FEMALES!
