Homestay Greenboro is spacious, clean and comfortable for serious, clean, ESL international full-time students or working professionals. Located in South Keys (near Greenboro Station), 9 Kms from Parliament Hill, close to both universities and downtown ESL schools. Quiet family environment as I am semi-retired and run a small home-based business. Please note: Minimum stay is 2 months for monthly rate. Weekly rate applies for shorter stays and a minimum of two weeks is required.

Come and go as you wish. Always keep the front/back door locked. No noise/shower 11pm-6am. Keep your room tidy and your personal belongings in your room. Laundry (1 load weekly) between 6-11pm or weekends 7am-11pm. If you need to vacate, please give one (1) month notice. Upon departure remove all your personal belongings. Clean up after yourself or $20 cleaning fee may be applied.
