My home and the private rooms cannot be viewed in advance. No other people are allowed to stay with you or visit you during your stay. There is plenty of restaurant space for you and your visitors. PRICES No subsequent price negotiation. No direct bookings, no reservations, no previews. The calendar is open for immediate bookings. BOOKINGS FOR THIRD PARTIES Bookings by third parties represent a security risk. This invalidates the Air BnB host/guest insurance.
