Facilities like airport pickup and dropping, hygienically prepared Kerala cuisine also the guests can take part in cooking if interested, visiting tourists spots(car available with host's driving) with or without the company of the host family, privacy since the accommodation is upstairs, wifi connection 24X7, homely atmosphere and serene location. The guest/guests should be well behaving, keeping cleanliness and non smoking. If accompanied by family with kids, that would be appreciated. staying out till late night should be avoided unless it is required or unavoidable.
