We are a Vietnamese family looking for a homestay student. We have a large furnished bedroom, private bathroom with a bed, desk, dresser, and futon. The house is situated in a quiet number and within walking distance to shopping areas on Fraser St. and Victoria St. There are local markets along with many restaurants nearby. There is also a community center within walking distance which consists of a swimming pool, gym, recreational activities. The room is available on January 15, 2020 for CAD$800/month. Meals are not included. The student must be neat and tidy. Transit information -Langara College 20min -Langara/49th Skytrain station 25min -UBC - 50min -Downtown - 35min -BCIT - 50min -Metrowtown - 35min

Please be neat, tidy, and respectful. The bedroom is available for one person. No overnight guests. Meals are not provided but you are free to use the kitchen. There is a dog living in the house.
