Our house is located in San Lázaro, a central street in Havana, 50 m from the famous boardwalk, 15 minutes (walking) from Old Havana and 20 minutes (walking) from Vedado. It is a colonial-style house with high props and an intermediate patio, the rooms are spacious, safe, well ventilated and illuminated and each room has its private bathroom, the rooms have a double bed, but if the guest wishes we can add one personal bed at an additional cost. At home we live three adults and two children, who will do everything possible so that you feel at home, you will enjoy a warm, familiar atmosphere and we will always be there to help you and guide you in whatever you need. In the price of the rooms does not include the Breakfast, is charged 5 cuc / person. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard and in the open areas, smoking rooms are not allowed in the rooms. Things that break or damage, inside or outside the rooms must be paid. You can use the refrigerator in the house to store water, soda or some medicine that needs refrigeration. The kitchen can not be used, but if you need Te or Cafe we will gladly prepare it.
