Access through the main stairs (no handicap access available) The apartment is pretty clear, ventilated and spacious, with beautiful granite floors, big windows and breathtaking views in all directions, away from traffic noises and city disturbances. There are two huge available bedrooms with great privacy, comfortable beds and air conditioner (approx. 12 sq M (130 sq In) each) The bathroom almost conserve all its original 50's style, with gorgeous turquoise ceramic tiles in floor and walls, shower with cold & hot water. Due to the monetary policy exchange in Cuba and extra fees applied to USD, you'll receive a 10% discount of the price if paying in Euros (cash).

Please be polite, clean and respectful, you'll receive the same back to you. Smoking allowed only in the balcony area, outside of the house. No sexual tourism allowed. No drugs (other than cigars/cigarettes) and no visitors or strangers allowed. No disturbances or noises that interferes with other guests/neighbours life.
