It is a nice private house on a second level with independent entrance, construction and decoration in modern style, located in the center just 10 minutes from the Plaza Mayor, the House of Music and Museums; It has 2 spacious and pleasant rooms for rent (2 double beds each), all of them with air conditioning and independent bathrooms, Split, minibar, fan, very well equipped; garage; and a terrace with incredible views of the mountains and the center of the city where you can have breakfast, sunbathing and salsa classes! We also provide a select package of services where we satisfy the taste of our customers and make your stay unforgettable. The hostess lives with her parents and a very cute and nice 3 year old girl; Although we do not share the house we are always attentive to any need our clients have. You can rent all the rooms or separately! In our home there is 100% security, as long as they are guided by the owners of the house.
