But we appreciate your understanding that this is a modest family business, so the unexpected cancellation of reserved dates will greatly affect the family to meet their daily living needs. We kindly ask you to formalize your cancellation at Homestay as soon as possible as this will give us more possibilities for new reservations. Any loss of keys and locks of the building, apartment and room will require a fee of 30 CUC for any replacement, as they are expensive items to replace. If you accidentally break an item of the house (a glass, a cup, bedding, furniture, etc.).), We would be very useful any donation for the repair and purchase of the item. You are responsible for the conduct of the person you brought home. The exercise of prostitution, pimping, orgies, illegal sales and games and subversive activities are not allowed.
