It is distinguished by its beauty and by being possessor of good tranquility.  We offer various excursions to several places of obligatory visit such as the Mural of Prehistory, the Mirador of the Hotel Los Jazmines - from where the best view of the Valley can be reached - the best curing houses of the world, as well as plantations, Factory where the Ron Guayabita del Pinar is produced typical drink of the area, the ride in Lancha by the Cave of the Indio and the town of Viñales, picturesque villa with authentic guajiros and a high cultural tradition. Its flora and fauna exhibit a high endemism, with examples such as La Palma Cork and the Tomeguin del Pinar.
