Check in time is between 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm.If you are checking in after 11pm, please let me know ahead of time. Check out time is no later than 12:00 pm. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). Please pay me on PayPal. Call me so I can give you my PayPal account. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.” Or, you pay me the whole amount upon arrival/check-in. Breakfast is included in your rent (coffee, tea, milk, bread, bagel, cheese, butter, eggs, cereals are included). However, the breakfast is before 10:00 am. Please let me know if you want lunch and dinner included. Just add $10 per day. Please rinse off used kitchen wares (plates, bowls, cups, glasses, forks and spoons) and put them on the dishwasher. We don't allow you to cook in my kitchen for liability purposes. But, you can use the microwave. Please cover all food with paper towel when microwaving. Please use placemats when eating on the table. Shoes should be removed before entering the rooms. We provide house slippers. Smoking/drinking is not allowed on the premises. Eating in the room is not allowed because it attracts insects. Cleaning after your mess in the kitchen and in the bathroom. (Please read the rules in the bathroom as posted near the mirror. Pls dry your feet before you get out of the shower). Pls store your luggages in the room. Pls turn off lights when you leave the house and lock the windows if you opened them. We don’t give away front door keys because we are always at home. When you are arriving late (after 10 pm) pls let us know so we will not double-lock the door. However, you are given your own key to your own room. Please push the Ring on the front of the door to communicate with us via Ring. Please do not take a shower more than 15 minutes. We conserve energy and water because we are environmentalists. Please respect our rules of recycling: we recycle bottles, boxes, paper, plastics and there are receptacles for these in the kitchen. We also have a bin for compost, dry and wet trash. The bins are tagged in the kitchen. Our tap water is drinkable. The water in Washington State is one of the cleanest in the world. We are surrounded with mountains and trees and that we are serious of our environment. Please turn off lights when not in use. Please ask help when you needed. Please read the emergency numbers posted on the door.
