Our house is in a residential area very close to the center of Madrid, next to the Retiro park and the Atocha station. Public transport is next door, and it is surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas. It has 2 rooms available with 2 bathrooms. Living room with very nice views and kitchen with utility room. The house has a lot of light and is exterior. The building has a winter and summer pool, a private garden and a gym, where you can relax and unwind after visiting Madrid or coming home from work. Gloria works in the performance & events organization, and Julian is a sociologist. He works for himself on art and technology issues. His son Daniel lives in London, and is a professor at a UK university. He combines his work as a teacher with that of an artist for AAEE and musical theater.
They are very simple, smoking is not allowed in the house. Please do not make noise after 12:00 p.m.
