We are an older couple our home is in the city of Cambridge Ontario. It quite a large house with two extra bedroom in the basement with very large windows. Shared Wash-bathroom. The kitchen would be shared. Our street is very quite with lots of greenery and parks close by. Our property backs on to an open space a bird sanctuary and many other parks and rivers close by. Spring and summer all sorts of birds and small animals around. Busses run frequently on cross streets from our street. Currently we have I permanent person staying in one of our rooms.

No smoking allowed indoors or around the property Doors are windows are to be locked when leaving the house If kitchen is used please guess need to clean up after themselves No strangers in our home. No sleep overs only the person staying in our home . If the guest would like to invite a friend over for a day visit they MUST ask first. TREAT OUR HOME AS IF ITS YOUR OWN HOUSE. We want our guest to feel comfortable, by showing respect for our home NO PETS ALLOWED PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR POSTED DATED CHEQUE
