I'm a nurse and live in a neighborhood where there are university professors and students. I live near both public and private universities, in a safe area with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I live on the 5th floor with two communal elevators in front of my house. Public transportation is available, buses, and the metro (train) provide connections to the entire city. My neighborhood is also centrally located, just a few minutes from the university and within walking distance of the department of studies and Puerta del Sol Madrid.

Take off your street shoes when entering the house for the health of everyone, alcoholic beverages or smoking of any kind or narcotics or drinks of another person other than the guest are not allowed, use headphones if you are going to listen to music since some come for positions, others for studies and others work, when using the kitchen, leave it clean and tidy as you find it, if you are not going to need the lights, turn them off, keep the doors of each area closed after occupying, thank you, thank you so that the house looks nice and tidy as such. When leaving, there are community bins under the house to throw away the garbage. If you make a reservation for a week, you have the right to have the room cleaned. The guest must notify
