We offer a private and cozy room, with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. Our family is made up of a mother and son, and we will be happy to help you integrate into the local community and teach you about our culture and traditions. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to shops, public transportation, and the main tourist attractions of Ibarra, such as the majestic Imbabura volcano, Yaguarcocha lagoon, Chachimbiro hot springs, among others. We include daily breakfast, and we can offer you other meals for an additional cost if you wish. We value coexistence, respect, and cultural exchange.If you are looking for a place to stay while you study, work or explore the region, we would be delighted to be your host family and provide you with an enriching and memorable experience. Check-in and Check-out Times The house is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you need to leave or arrive at another time, please let us know in advance. 2. Use of Common Areas You can use the living room, kitchen and dining room. Please leave everything clean and tidy after using it. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. 3. Private Room Keep your room clean and tidy. It is not allowed to bring visitors without prior notice. Turn off the lights and electronic devices when leaving. 4. Bathroom Keep the bathroom clean after each use. Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; use the trash can. 5. Meals Breakfast is included in your stay. If you wish to have lunch or dinner with us, please let us know in advance. You can use the kitchen to prepare your own meals, but be sure to clean up afterward. 6. Coexistence and Respect We respect the privacy of all members of the house. Avoid loud noises, especially after 10:00 p.m. If you need something, do not hesitate to ask. 7. Security Close the door well when leaving and do not share the keys with other people. Put away your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost objects. 8. Internet and Electronics Internet access is available. Use the network responsibly and avoid massive downloads. 9. Laundry You can use the washing machine once a week.
