Residential property, in a very quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. With a beautiful Garden, seating area, you are welcome to use and a shared Bathroom. The kitchen is a wonderful space to prepare and eat your breakfast in or other meals (where needed). The house is spacious and modern, with double-glazed windows, which ensure rooms are bright and airy and quiet. The bedroom window has blackout binds. I work from home, so am around to answer any questions and share the house with my beautiful small, very friendly, hypoallergenic dog.

You are welcome to share the upstairs bathroom, garden and kitchen. Sit in the Garden or Conservatory. Clean up after yourself. If listing to music watching TV/ movies. Please use headphones or keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm please (children bedroom sharing wall). Use Energy and Water wisely. To be in by 11pm at the latest each day. No drunken behaviour. No unauthorized visitors or use of my address. Close and lock windows and the front door on entering and leaving the house. Enjoy your stay:-)
